Stock Antique Carpets is owned by nationally respected Persian rug scholars Douglas and Helen Stock. The Stocks have published numerous articles in magazines and trade publications and have spoken three times at the Textile Museum in Washington D.C., including a talk on antique Kurdish rugs. Douglas Stock is a member of the Antique Carpets Vetting Committee for the Winter Antiques Show in New York. D.B. Stock Antique Carpets' advertisements have appeared in The Magazine Antiques, Antiques and Fine Art, Hali magazine and Architectural Digest. Antique rugs purchased from D.B. Stock have appeared in New England Home, Restoration Style and This Old House. Since 1991, D.B. Stock has been a member of the prestigious Art and Antique Dealers League of America. Stock Antique Carpets, is located 15 miles west of Boston and 2 miles from Wellesley square, at 21 Eliot Street (Route 16), in historic South Natick, Massachusetts. We offer antique and new Oriental rugs in a broad price range at this gallery, primarily featuring our most select antique Persian rugs.

Our second retail location, Northampton Gallery Oriental Rugs, is located in Western Massachusetts in the college town of Northampton. Northampton is home to Smith College and The Smith College Museum of Art. It is also contiguous to Amherst, home of The University of Massachusetts and Amherst College. Northampton features charming boutiques and many restaurants and is a pleasant day trip.
